This project involved an 11m² Victorian-style conservatory with a polycarbonate roof that had become completely impractical to use for most of the year. Like many similar conservatories, it suffered from extreme temperature changes freezing cold in winter, overheating in summer, and very noisy when it rained. As a result, the customer had gradually stopped using the space altogether and found themselves avoiding it.
Our team installed a fully insulated ceiling system, along with 4 LED downlights to improve both comfort and lighting within the room. The installation was completed in just one day, with minimal disruption to the household and a clean, professional finish throughout.
The transformation was immediate. The space is now far more comfortable, with a stable temperature and significantly reduced noise levels. What was once an unused and avoided area has now become a bright, welcoming part of the home.
The customer is now using their conservatory as a second lounge somewhere they can relax, unwind, and enjoy all year round without the issues they previously experienced.
