By signing the order form, the customer agrees to the specification of works, pricing, and the terms outlined herein. This agreement becomes legally binding once accepted and signed by both parties.
Only the work detailed in the order form or written quotation is included. Any additional work requested or found necessary during the project will be subject to a separate quotation and agreement.
We are not liable for defects, damage, or deterioration in parts of the existing roof or structure that were not included in the agreed scope of work. Any issues identified during or after installation that relate to areas we did not work on will be the customer’s responsibility unless separately repaired by us under agreement.
All work completed by our team is covered by our Usable 365 Guarantee for a period of 10 years. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and failure of materials supplied and installed by us. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, external structural movement, or issues in areas of the property we did not repair or modify.
While our guarantee covers a 10-year period, the materials and products installed (e.g. insulated ceilings) are expected to last significantly longer under normal use. The guarantee is not a reflection of expected lifespan but of our commitment to quality workmanship.
Payment must be made in full on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the works. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
Should the customer wish to cancel or amend the agreed work, this must be done in writing. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has started may incur costs for time, labour, or materials already used.
We will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, supply chain issues, illness, or accidents. In such cases, we will keep the customer informed and reschedule the work at the earliest opportunity.
We carry full public liability insurance and work in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Any pre-existing hazards or safety concerns on-site must be disclosed by the customer before work begins.
We aim to resolve any disputes professionally and fairly. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us in writing so we can address the matter promptly.
