This guarantee covers the workmanship and materials supplied and installed by us. If any issues arise within 10 years that are directly related to how the work was carried out, or due to a failure in the materials we provided, we will return to inspect and resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.

To be absolutely clear - this does not mean your insulated ceiling is only expected to last 10 years. When properly maintained, the ceiling and associated materials should last well beyond the guarantee period. The 10-year term simply reflects the length of time we formally stand behind our workmanship and materials.

This guarantee only applies to areas we have worked on. It does not cover faults or issues in parts of your existing roof structure that we did not repair or replace as part of our work. However, if we have carried out repairs to a specific area and a problem develops within that area, the guarantee remains valid.

If your roof or ceiling develops any unrelated issues in the future - whether structural, cosmetic, or otherwis - we encourage you to get in touch. We’re more than happy to assess the situation and carry out any necessary repairs at a reasonable and competitive rate.
